3D Tour:

Project #1: Renovation

A cottage built in the late 70’s on the West Shore of Georgian Bay near Presquile, ON.

Removing dated flooring, drywall, and walls, we updated this into a modern 4-season Dream Home with a spectacular view.

Project #2: Renovation

In the most picturesque section of Tara, starting with a 900 SF brick bungalow and transforming it into a 1,800 SF Custom Modern Bungalow with a 900 SF attached garage.

The closed-off kitchens and living space were opened up to a large common space perfect for family lifestyle and entertaining.

Project #3: Before and After Renovation

A solidly built home in the late 70’s-early 80s, we transformed the closed-off kitchen into a chef and entertaining dream kitchen.

All while saving the original floors. While underway we updated the bathroom as well to a new & modern spa-like sanctuary.

Project #4: New Build

Starting off with a lot in a quiet street, backing onto the beauty of the conservation land behind, a set of plans and drawings was transformed into a beautiful custom home that boasts quality, strength, and timeless beauty.

Settled on the edge of Owen Sound on top of the beauty of the Niagara Escarpment, we took ideas and scratch drawings at the kitchen table, developed a set of plans, and intricately built this 2,200 Craftsman Bungalow.
